Visiting Our Websites

When you visit www.nexcurity.de, www.nexcurity.com, nexcurity.de and nexcurity.com, no personal data is processed. In particular, no IP addresses are logged and no cookies are set.

Video Conferencing (sayhello.nexcurity.com)

When you use our conferencing service at sayhello.nexcurity.com, technically necessary connection data (including your IP address) is processed exclusively in the server's memory for the duration of the session (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR). This data is not written to log files and is deleted when the session ends.

The service uses only technically necessary cookies (Section 25 (2) of the German TDDDG). No consent is required for these, and no tracking takes place.

Contacting Us

If you contact us (e.g., via email), your data will be processed based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. We delete contact requests once they are no longer necessary, considering statutory retention obligations.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so or you have given your explicit consent.

Your Data Protection Rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you several rights which you may assert against us, provided the legal requirements are met:

Art. 15 GDPR: Right of Access
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data concerning you. If we are, you may request information about the personal data, as well as details about the processing.
Art. 16 GDPR: Right to Rectification
You have the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you. Taking into account the purposes of processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
Art. 17 GDPR: Right to Erasure
You have the right to request the immediate deletion of your personal data. If deletion is not possible, you may have the right to restriction of processing instead.
Art. 18 GDPR: Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data.
Art. 20 GDPR: Right to Data Portability
If the processing is based on consent or a contract, you have the right to receive the personal data you provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format and to transmit it to another controller, or to have it transmitted directly, where technically feasible.
Art. 21 GDPR: Right to Object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to the processing of your personal data which is based on legitimate interest or public interest or carried out in the exercise of official authority.

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing serves to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
