Nexcurity was founded on the conviction that effective cybersecurity is not just a matter of technology – but of understanding business processes, risk scenarios, and the people behind them.

Nexcurity combines technical excellence with practical implementation. The founder brings in-depth expertise from building a company-wide SOC – including incident response, detection engineering, audits, and crisis management. This experience flows directly into our work. And not just in theory: training, documentation, analysis, and strategic consulting are part of our daily business.

Our focus is on medium-sized businesses – but our ambition is international. We provide consulting worldwide and offer scalable security solutions that grow with our clients’ needs.

Brings more than 20 years of experience in IT security.

Most recently as manager of a global Security Operations Center with teams in four countries.

My Journey

It began with solid training as an IT specialist for system integration. From there, I steadily advanced – first in local IT support, solving technical problems directly for end users on site. I then took on responsibility as a European network and security administrator, managing and securing infrastructures across Europe. The next step led me to the global cybersecurity team, where I worked as an engineer developing and implementing international security strategies. Eventually, I built and led a company-wide Security Operations Center.

During this time, I developed global security processes, established an in-house SOC, managed complex security incidents, and implemented strategies for effective risk mitigation. My work was not only operational but also strategic – from training the analyst team and managing incident response processes to preparing for external audits such as TISAX or customer assessments.

What Defines Me?

Integrity and analytical thinking have guided me through complex challenges – whether in building a company-wide 24/7 SOC, investigating IT security incidents, or developing highly effective detection strategies.

What particularly sets me apart is an exceptionally high level of mental activity and imagination. Several thought processes often run simultaneously in my mind. Ideas, cross-connections, and creative solutions emerge in rapid succession. I recognize patterns where others only see information, and I ask targeted questions where answers may already seem to exist. This mental agility, combined with curiosity and adaptability, makes me a valuable contributor in strategic consulting as well as in developing innovative security solutions.

I don’t think in boxes – neither when it comes to problems nor people. Instead, I combine technical depth with human understanding, process reliability with flexibility, and entrepreneurial foresight with hands-on implementation.
